Grace Miller

BVSc, MANZCVS Small Animal Surgery

Grace has been with Nelson Vets since 2021 and is enjoying the sunny Tasman Bay, having previously worked down south in Oamaru. Grace has a special interest in surgery and has enjoyed having Adam and Jonathans’ wisdom on hand to allow her to expand her skills to include laparoscopic and orthopaedic procedures.

Grace recently passed her ANZCVS surgical membership exams, and has completed training for PennHip, meaning she is certified to use this method for early assessment of a dogs likelihood of developing hip dysplasia.

She also enjoys dentistry, ultrasonography, and building relationships with patients and clients. Outside of work, Grace can be found in the ocean or the mountains - biking, diving and bush-bashing up hills are some of her favourite pastimes. She is often accompanied by her partner Bernard and their dog Sam.
