Iain Pashby

BVM&S, MANZCVS Dentistry & Oral Surgery

Iain is one of our newer vets to join the team, joining at the end of 2022. Iain also graduated from The Royal (Dick) Veterinary College of Edinburgh, and since then he’s worked in a variety of veterinary practices and settings across Scotland, England, The South Pacific Islands and New Zealand.

As a veterinarian, Iain is most enthusiastic about dentistry, and has recently passed his exams to become a member of the ANZCVS in Dentistry and Oral Surgery. He also has a keen interest in anaesthesia and chronic pain management. Iain loves helping families provide the best care for their pets. Iain’s dedication to his patients and warm, caring nature make him a valuable team member here at Nelson Vets.

When he’s not at work, Iain can be found pursuing a range of interests, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mountain biking, gardening or curling up with a good book.
